We are primarily non-sole, however major bookings trigger 12 months sole representation.
Upfront fees relate to directory listing and administration and are non-refundable once activated.
Artists must keep their profile and unavailability up to date.
Clients must not be contacted directly.
Leaving the agency requires written notice and is subject to a 30-day notice period from Agency acknowledgement.
Any submissions made prior to notice remain commissionable.

Bizzy Agency is a trading name of SJB Management Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Bizzy Agency (“the Agency”) and the Artist and/or Parent/Legal Guardian (“the Artist”).
Proceeding with payment, activating a profile, or undertaking work through the Agency constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. A copy to accept digitally in acknowledgement of these terms is also supplied in your profile. Proceeding is in acceptance of all terms nevertheless.
Bizzy Agency represents:
Featured Artists (newborn to adult)
Babies
Models
Adult Actors
Child Actors
Commission rates for Adult Actors are confirmed upon signing. All other Terms apply equally unless otherwise stated.
Bizzy Agency operates primarily as a non-sole representation agency (excluding Child Actors Division).
Artists may register with other agencies provided (exclusing Child Actors Division):
The other agency is not sole representation (unless agreed under Clause 1.3)
Bizzy Agency is declared appropriately
All achieved work is disclosed
Where an Artist secures a principal or significant role through the Agency;
Major campaign
Feature film
TV series regular
Significant brand campaign

The Agency reserves the right to require the Artist to enter into a fixed-term sole representation agreement.
The Child Actors Division is a specialist screen-focused division representing professionally trained child actors aged 7 years and above with proven television and/or film credits.
Artists accepted into this division confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria required at the time of joining, including holding an active Spotlight membership and possessing a minimum of one verified professional on-screen credit.
Representation within this division is strictly on a sole agency contract basis. The Artist must not be under existing exclusive representation elsewhere at the time of signing and must not enter into any additional representation agreements without the Agency’s prior written consent.
The Artist confirms that all information provided to the Agency, including training, credits and representation status, is accurate and complete. The Agency reserves the right to terminate representation should any material information be found to be inaccurate, misleading or withheld.
Where an ident has been submitted as part of the onboarding process, the Artist grants the Agency permission to retain and review such material for internal assessment and representation purposes only. No material will be published or distributed without appropriate consent.
The Agency reserves the right to move the Artist to an alternative division, or withdraw representation from this specialist division, should eligibility criteria no longer be met.
The Artist must maintain an active Spotlight membership for the duration of their representation within the Child Actors Division. Failure to do so may result in suspension from the division or termination of representation.
Upon acceptance into the Child Actors Division, the Artist will be issued with a separate Sole Representation Agreement governing the terms of representation and outlining commissions.
Our Child Actors Division is a specialist screen division for children with formal script training and credited roles in scripted television or film productions. It exists to meet casting requirements that specifically call for demonstrated dialogue work and narrative performance experience, while our wider Talent Division continues to represent artists across all areas of the industry.
Photographic & Commercial Work – 30%
Usages / Buyouts / All-Inclusive Fees – 30%
Fittings / Theatre / Stage / Invoices £100 or less – 20%
1st Series – 30%
2nd Series – 25%
3rd Series – 22%
4th Series and beyond – 20%
Commission is payable once cleared funds are received from the Client.
Please note: Artists represented within the Child Actors Division are subject to a separate commission structure as set out in their Sole Representation Agreement, which shall take precedence over these terms.
Bizzy Agency does not charge a representation fee.

(Zoom meeting included for Artists aged 7+ upon request within 30 days.)
Once payment is made and profile access is provided:
Fees are non-refundable
The Artist is included in client submissions
Cooling-off applies only before full activation
Cancellation & Cooling-Off
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of payment.
However, by proceeding with registration and payment, you expressly request that Bizzy Agency begins work on your profile immediately.
This includes profile creation, onboarding, administration and submissions to clients.
Once this work has commenced and your profile has been activated, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is affected and the joining fee becomes non-refundable.
Cooling-off rights therefore apply only prior to full activation of the profile and commencement of services.
Bizzy Agency is a Spotlight Agency.
If registered on Spotlight:
Bizzy Agency must be listed as FIRST and PRIMARY agency
Failure to do so renders representation unworkable
The Agency agrees to:
Include the Artist in its Talent Directory
Submit suitable opportunities
Negotiate bookings
Invoice clients
Pay Artists within 7 days of cleared funds
Follow all child licensing laws
Operate in accordance with Employment Agencies legislation
The Agency cannot guarantee work.
The Artist/Parent agrees to:
Keep details accurate and up to date
Update height and sizes regularly
Enter all unavailability dates
Notify the Agency of appearance changes by way of up to date images at all times
Maintain internet access
Declare all other agency registrations
Ensure no conflict of interest
Disclose work achieved elsewhere
Always book out pencilled and (possible) working dates on their profile
The Artist/Parent must:
Arrive on time
Attend prepared and appropriately presented
Behave professionally
Inform the Agency immediately of illness
Poor or defamatory conduct toward clients or the Agency may result in immediate removal.
The Artist/Parent must not:
Contact clients directly
Negotiate outside the Agency
Redirect bookings to another agency
Represent themselves for work introduced by Bizzy Agency
Failure to attend a confirmed booking without valid reason will result in removal.
Repeated failure to respond to bookings may result in:
Profile hold
Deactivation
Removal
Three refusals of suitable work may result in removal.
Serious breaches may result in immediate removal.
Artists are paid within 7 days of cleared funds
Agency is not liable for client default
VAT deducted where applicable
If paid directly, commission must be paid within 7 days
Late commission incurs 5% weekly interest
Legal recovery may incur costs and admin charge
Travel receipts must be submitted promptly.
The Agency is not responsible for lost receipts.
⚠ Important: Please read this section carefully before terminating representation.
Termination must be given in writing (email).
A mandatory 30-day notice period applies and begins from the date the Agency acknowledges receipt.
Upon giving notice, the Artist must immediately remove Bizzy Agency as their representative from Spotlight and any other industry platforms. Any booking enquiry received via such listings during the notice period shall remain subject to these Terms and commission shall remain payable.
From the date notice is received:
The Agency will cease new submissions
Representation continues solely to manage prior submissions
The Artist must immediately remove Bizzy Agency as their listed representative from Spotlight and any other public or industry platforms to avoid client confusion; any enquiry received via such listings during the notice period shall remain subject to these Terms and commission shall remain payable.
Any work arising from submissions made prior to notice, or after if Bizzy Agency are not removed as agent on Spotlight and other platforms, remains commissionable and payable to Bizzy Agency in full.
If an Artist signs sole representation during the notice period:
Prior submissions remain under Bizzy Agency control
Opportunities may not be reassigned or redirected
Commission remains payable
Failure to comply may result in recovery action.
Repeat work, renewals, extensions or related projects originating from Agency introductions remain commissionable.
Profiles are retained for 3 months after termination before deletion.
Major campaign or feature confirmations through Bizzy Agency trigger 12 months sole representation from first filming date.
Agency may use Artist images for promotional purposes
Social media posting regarding work must seek Agency guidance
Bizzy Agency complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all relevant legislation.
Personal data is handled lawfully and confidentially.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms detracts from the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
